Terms of Use
Effective 2 November 2026
Short version: Play fair, don’t abuse the service, and don’t submit fraudulent scores. Pawfall is provided as-is while we build it. These terms do not override rights you have under applicable consumer law.
1. Acceptance
By using Pawfall, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
2. Eligibility
Pawfall is intended for players aged 13 and over. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. Your account
You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You may sign in with Google or email. Do not impersonate another person or use a name that is unlawful, hateful, or infringes someone else’s rights.
4. Fair play
- Do not use bots, automation, modified clients, or exploits to submit scores.
- Do not attempt to bypass rate limits, token verification, or server-side validation.
- Do not interfere with the service, other players, or the leaderboard.
We may remove scores or suspend access that we reasonably believe violates these rules.
5. Virtual items and purchases
Pawfall currently has no paid virtual items. If cosmetics, memberships, or other purchases are introduced, the price, contents, and material terms will be shown before purchase, and Google Play’s billing terms will apply on Android. Virtual items are a licence for use in Pawfall, not a cash asset.
6. Intellectual property
Pawfall’s name, cat artwork, code, audio, and interface are owned by or licensed to the Pawfall project. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially exploit them without permission. You retain ownership of your player name and any content you submit, and grant us a limited licence to display it on the leaderboard.
7. Availability and changes
Pawfall is under active development. Features, leaderboards, pricing, and availability may change. We may suspend, reset, or discontinue parts of the service, including test leaderboards.
8. Disclaimers
The game is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pawfall is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the game, including loss of scores or virtual items. Our aggregate liability for direct loss is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or MYR 100 if you paid nothing.
10. Termination
You may stop using Pawfall at any time and request deletion under the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for material breaches of these terms or to protect the service and other players.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without affecting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
